  • What is the LIVE Challenge?

    The 28 Day MILFit Challenge is the easiest way to start a healthy lifestyle and function as the bridge to MILFit Lifestyle. During this LIVE challenge you will kickstart a healthy mindset and weight loss journey and learn all the main principles to achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle. All LIVE Challenge Group Members will go through the process together as a Squad! 

    Malou will be leading the group during the 28 Days and you will be able to get some of your questions answered in real time!!

    You will be given all the tools needed to walk you through the 28 Day LIVE Challenge. Each day you will get a new to-do list to complete during the day to get closer to your fitness goals, and Malou as well as the other MILFs will keep you accountable! 

    During the daily LIVEs you will get tips on how to implement these Actions into your routine AND the opportunity to have your questions answered LIVE! 
  • What time is the Malou's daily LIVE?

    Malou will announce the time for the Daily Live each morning at 6 AM (GMT). These are very valuable sessions and will give you the best experience, but if you can't participate... DON'T WORRY! Each live session will be saved in the Learning section for you to access until the end of the Challenge. After the 28 Days, the group closes and all exclusive Challenge Content disappears.
  • What if I get behind or am on vacation during the LIVE Challenge?

    We know that following the training and diet programs planned for the 28 Day MILFit Challenge will give you best results, but DON'T WORRY. You can always complete each unit at your own pace!

If you feel like you know somebody who would be in the need for a change and having a fun group of supportive women to celebrate on the journey... then definitely feel free to invite them right away!   • What happens after 28 days? 

    The goal for the 29 Day MILFit Challenge is to set the foundation to successfully live the MILFit Lifestyle. :) After you have completed the challenge you are ready to crush your goals together with the other MILFs in the community. <3
  • Does the LIVE Challenge come with access to the MILFit Lifestyle?

    Nope! MILFit Lifestyle is a separate program that you have access to after joining the 28 Day Challenge. When joining the MILFit Lifestyle you have access to weekly updated exercises, grocery lists, meal plans, etc.

    The 28 Day MILFit Challenge is a bridge to MILFit Lifestyle.

    During the Challenge, you will receive the FOUNDATION to the healthy mindset all MILFs should have in order to live the MILFit lifestyle.

    The MILFit Challenge is for ALL MILFS, whether you are a long time member or just got started. <3 The Challenge is a perfect opportunity to gain confidence and motivation and reboot your mindset back to healthy habits!
  • Do I need a gym or any equipment for the LIVE Challenge workouts?

    No, the daily activities and workouts you will get during the 28 Day MILFit Challenge don't require any equipments or a gym membership.

    However, we haven't forgotten about the MILFs who love to workout at the gym! :) When you join the 28 Day Challenge, you will also receive an additional 2-in-1 Training Program to do at the gym. This routine is totally optional and doesn't include in the main Challenge.
  • What is the difference between the LIVE Challenge and Personal Results Coaching? 

    The MILFit Challenge is for everyone! We keep HIGH FOCUS on the daily tasks and execute one mission at the time to get one step closer to our goals.

    So, if you have struggled to get started or have lost the faith and motivation to be able to get healthy again (all MILFs have been there sometime...), this is for you!

    You will get a diet and training plan and daily missions to keep you FOCUSED on your goal, but unlike Personal Results Coaching you DON'T get the meaningful one-on-one relationship with a coach and she won't keep you accountable for your Actions, but you will be doing that with the Daily Missions, Challenge Diary and the help of the Challenge Squad.

    It's kinda like you get to taste how it feels like to have a personal coach to support your healthy fitness goals! If that's something you are interested to talk more about, don't hesitate to apply for Personal Results Coaching.
